The three men originally faced charges of conspiring to distribute controlled substances resulting in death and distribution of fentanyl resulting in death. Walter, Cameron Pettit and Ryan Reavis were all charged by the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California in October 2019 over Miller’s death.
